DOSA celebrates wins in Snowy's milestone game

Old scholar, Brendan "Snowy" Loveless, Class of 1990, played game number 417 for DOSA and became the Old Scholars Football Association games record-holder, eclipsing University's Bill Trethewie. Bill was able to attend and presented Brendan with a special DOSA jumper with the number 417 on the back, in which Snowy played the game.

DOSA Football teams defeated by Hutchins

​DOSA's second round of the Old Scholars Football Association roster on Saturday was at the TCA against Hutchins but both reserves and seniors lost.

The recent death of Sr Maura McAvoy OP

​Sadly Dominican sister and former staff member of ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ»ÆƬ, Sr Maura McAvoy OP passed away in Auburn NSW on Monday 6 July after some weeks of ill health. Sr Maura had extensive leadership experience and generously served the ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ»ÆƬ community from 1991-1993 as Principal of the then ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ»ÆƬ Senior School.

DOSA Football Club wine offer

​ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ»ÆƬ, the Dominic Old Scholars Association and the DOSA Football Club have a great partnership and support each other in their endeavours. With the Old Scholar Football Association roster unable to commence so far this year, DOSA Football have not only been unable to get started with their football season but finances are more difficult without the weekend games.

Dominic DOSA Trivia Quiz Night cancelled

The Dominic DOSA Trivia Night Quiz scheduled for 27 March has been cancelled. With so many community and school events being cancelled or suspended the DOSA Committee felt there would be mixed feelings about supporting such an event, whatever people thought about risks.
