ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ»ÆƬ has continued to thrive as a faith-based learning centre during the 2022 Academic Year. At the start of the year, we were challenged by our 2022 Strenna to ‘do all through love, and nothing through constraint’ and for us all to be people who make ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ»ÆƬ a HOME that welcomes, a PARISH that evangelises, a SCHOOL that prepares for life and a PLAYGROUND where friends meet and enjoy themselves. I can say with hand on heart that I am immensely proud of everyone for continuing to do what we do best at Dominic – be the best version of ourselves we can be and for living out the pillars of our Charter and Strenna wholeheartedly by being good loving and caring friends, respectful citizens, and responsible learners.
Congratulations to all students on a successful 2022. As end of year reports are read, remember to take time to reflect on the positive learning experiences and use feedback to set goals for 2023. This will set you up for success in the new year and make learning more rewarding.
Our community has been buzzing these last few weeks with students and teachers wrapping up learning for the 2022 year and marking the important Church season of Advent, a time of preparation and waiting to mark the birth of Jesus. As we enter the summer break, I wish all students, staff, families and friends of the ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ»ÆƬ community a very merry Christmas and a safe and restful new year. Travel safely, enjoy some time with loved ones and return to us safely in 2023. God bless you all and thank you all for a wonderful year!
